Allergen Policy

Our business places the highest importance on the safety and health of our customers and implements a strict allergen management policy, in accordance with current legislation and best food hygiene practices.

In this context, we responsibly inform consumers about the presence of the 14 mandatory declared allergens, as defined by Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, in the products and dishes we offer. The relevant information is available either on the menu or upon request from our staff.

Our staff is properly trained to provide reliable information regarding allergens and to handle food in a way that minimizes the risk of cross-contamination. However, due to the nature of the production process, the possibility of traces of allergens cannot be completely excluded.

We recommend that customers with food allergies or intolerances inform our staff before placing their order so that we can make every possible effort to serve them safely.

The allergen policy is regularly reviewed and constitutes an integral part of our company’s quality assurance and food safety system.
